Course Description:


Quest for Team Excellence is a one or two-day seminar designed to allow individuals the opportunity to learn how to actively build working relationships, effectively manage conflict and use personal leadership to support and assist others in a mutual effort to achieve the organization's mission. Teamwork is the ability to work together to accomplish a common goal.   Each team is unique. Quest for Team Excellence assists in identifying this uniqueness and how it may be used to breakthrough to excellence.  The result – guaranteed enhanced performance.
