Course Description: Managing Stress is a four-hour course designed to assist participants in understanding the causes of their stress, the benefits of managing stress and how to effectively deal with stress professionally and personally. Course Content:
Course Design: Managing Stress is designed to have an immediate impact on participants' responses to stress. Participants complete a private Stress Map which assists them in understanding their sources of stress, their current coping responses and signals of distress. This is followed by a series of exercises designed to uncover the personal value of advanced self-management strategies. Individualized action plans are developed focusing on responsibility and choices. |
