Influence to Achieve Results is a highly interactive six hour seminar designed to assist participants in helping groups free themselves from obstacles and effectively pursue their desired outcomes.

Course Design:


Influence to Achieve Results consists of 25% interactive lecture and 75% participant activities. Extensive feedback is provided to each attendee. Applicable models for dealing with their real world situations are examined in detail. Each participant leaves with action steps and supporting techniques/tools to effect immediate results.
