Project Management Process
The
Difference:
Project Management is the
best way for organizations to accomplish major work. Project
Management is a basic enabling skill required for success. Many
organizations do have their projects come in on time, within
budget but at what cost to: client relationships, staff stress
levels, competitive positioning, resource deployment and attainment
of strategic objectives. Project Management
Process focuses on the tools and structure necessary
to meet project success criteria. An understandable four-step
process for achieving success in light of increased competition
for dollars, people and other resources is detailed. Participants
leave with specific tools for implementing the process immediately.
