Course Description:

Communicating With Impact is a one to two day seminar designed to help individuals communicate with impact, share ideas, be listened to, produce change and influence others.

Course Objectives:

• Review the key components for communicating with impact
• Understand the impact of your listening style on others
• Measure your listening effectiveness
• Identify and use the effective listening model
• Review the “Golden Nuggets” of listening
• Evaluate and practice the strategic questioning model
• Learn the competencies for managing interpersonal relationships
• Understand how to influence others
