Facilitation
Skills is a highly interactive seminar designed to assist
participants in helping groups free themselves from obstacles
and effectively pursue their desired outcomes.

a process model for facilitation

which allows the group to accomplish its goal

action plans based on individuals' facilitation opportunities
Course Content:
There are four process phases for effective facilitation:
1. Analyze the Situation - establish
rapport, listen, question
2. Plan - manage the meeting, work with
media, present effectively
3. Conduct - respond to questions, manage
conflict, make decisions, manage difficult situations
4. Conclude - debrief, feedback, summarize

needs to facilitate in meetings, consulting engagements, conflict
and/or in presentations.
