Course Design:
Participants gain an
opportunity to incorporate seminar content in several conflict
simulations. The learning model is:
Awareness -
through experiential learning, participants will discover knowledge
that can be turned into skills to make a difference in how they
make decisions
Feedback - feedback
from seminar participants and the facilitator will identify
priorities for improvement
Practice - through
experiential learning exercises, participants will have an opportunity
to apply the discovered knowledge
Planning - ten
percent of Conflict Management is devoted to developing action
plans
