Christine Casper, author,
facilitator, and award-winning lecturer, has spent over twenty
years helping individuals and organizations fulfill their potential.
She is a sought after international public speaker who enthusiastically
conveys information while simultaneously modeling leadership
principles necessary for strategic success in today's global
economy. Christine has a Masters in Business Administration
from Northeastern University. She is the founder and president
of Communication, Motivation & Management, Inc., a consulting
firm specializing in Executive Coaching, communication, leadership,
project management, and Emotional Intelligence. Christine is
frequently interviewed by the media and has been featured on
numerous network shows including Good Day New York, NBC 10,
PBS, Fox News and NBC Daytime. She is the producer and host
of the award winning television show Living in the Moment. She
and her husband have homes in Massachusetts and Florida.

David V. Black, a CM&M
Associate for the past seven years brings over thirty years
of experience marketing products and services with and to major
corporations. David's background, including National Sales Manager
for two Fortune 500 companies and Executive Vice President at
CFI, has established him as a highly sought after consultant
and trainer in numerous arenas including customer relations,
sales, communications and marketing. In addition, David provides
coaching in organization development, sales management and leadership.

Margaret Carver
CM&M, Inc. Associate
Margaret Carver joined CM&M
after many years in management positions within rapidly growing,
dynamic organizations. Her areas of expertise include customer
service strategy, call center management and process reengineering.
Helping clients maximize the people, processes and tools they
employ to deliver extraordinary service to their customers is
her consulting focus.
Margaret spent many years
as an organizational development professional at Fidelity Investments,
Shawmut Bank and Dean Witter Reynolds, and received a masters
degree in Organizational Psychology from Boston University.
She decided to put all the theory into practice by accepting
a call center management job where ivory tower met reality.
Her tenure running the 300 agent, multi-product call center
at Tufts Health Plan gave her a clear understanding of organizational
constraints and possibilities. This rigorous frontline experience
provides a real world perspective to her consulting interventions
and training sessions.
Margaret has extensive experience
as a facilitator of adult learning within various corporate
environments. Her facilitation style is very direct and practical,
and participants enjoy her high energy level and positive perspective.

Michael P. Casper
CM&M, Inc. Associate
Michael P. Casper brings
over twenty years of experience in creating processes to bring
new products to market; troubleshooting; and problem solving.
Mike has been responsible
for the definition, design, development and instruction of project
management training programs dealing with scope, schedule, leadership
and control. He has facilitated training for several thousand
professionals at Raytheon, General Electric, Grumman Aerospace,
Allmerica Insurance, Loral, Texas Instruments, State Street
Corporation and Princeton Financial Services. Mike is a member
of The Project Management Institute and received his Project
Management Certification from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Mike is currently on the
board of several corporations where his management and leadership
expertise are utilized. He has authored two books on quality
control, design and manufacture of circuits.

Sharyn H. Gallagher
CM&M, Inc. Associate
Sharyn Hardy Gallagher has
over 20 years of experience conducting training. Sharyns
background includes designing and developing information systems
for corporations, including Digital Equipment Corporation and
Compaq Computer, and training users to effectively use them.
Sharyn has been on the faculty
of the College of Management at U Mass Lowell since 1988 teaching
a variety of management, MIS and finance courses.
Sharyn has her MBA from the
Sloan School of Management at MIT and a Masters Certificate
in Project Management from George Washington University. She
is a certified Project Management Professional. She has served
on the boards of numerous for-profit and non-profit organizations
where her leadership skills have been well utilized.

Eleanor J. Lopez
CM&M, Inc. Associate
Eleanor J. Lopez has over
twenty years' experience as a corporate trainer. As a CM&M
Associate Eleanor has facilitated numerous workshops including:
Effective Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Writing
for Effect, Interviewing Skills (for hiring managers), Interviewee
Skills, Time Management, Resume Writing, Effective Meeting Skills
and Listening Skills. As a specialist in the field of public
speaking she has worked extensively with corporations, federal
agencies, universities and associations to develop the presentation
skills of clients.
As an adjunct faculty
instructor, Eleanor Lopez has taught Public Speaking for ten
years at Boston University's College of Communication. She has
been a faculty member of Northeastern University's Center for
Continuing Education since 1977 where she works with managers
of Mass Transit.
